Section 2 Annual Dues & Fees
The Section 2 annual dues for 2026 remain at $150.00 per acre.
- Letters will be mailed to be received in the first week of January 2026.
- Dues paid in full and received by February 28, 2026, shall receive a fifty (50%) percent discount.
- Dues paid between March 1st and 31st, 2026, are received at 100% of the assessment amount.
- All fees are due by March 31, 2026, any received after 3-31-2026, are subject to an additional ten percent (10%) interest to the account for each month past due.
Payments can be made using Zelle or by Check.*
