Section 2 Annual Dues & Fees
The Section 2 annual dues for 2024 are $150.00 per acre.
- Dues paid in full and received by February 29, 2024 earn a a discount of 50%.
- All fees are due by March 31, 2024.
The transfer fee is $300.00 per lot for property sold to a new owner
