The Section 3 annual maintenance fees for 2023 are $75.00 per acre.
- Payments are due by Jan 1, 2023
- Fees paid after January 31, 2023 will have a 10% penalty applied.
The fee is $25 per lot for sale, transfer, or re-finance of property
