Section 3 Dues & Fees
The Section 3 annual maintenance fees for 2023, 2024 & 2025 are $75.00 per acre.
- For 2025, payments are due by Feb 28, 2025.
- Fees paid after February 28, 2025 will have a 10% penalty applied.
The fee is $25 per lot for sale, transfer, or re-finance of property.
