Architectural Control Committee

NOTE: All Architectural Approval forms must be submitted to the Section 1 Secretary.  According to the deed restrictions, approval or rejection of the proposed project should be communicated within 30 days.

Section One’s Board of Directors may act as the Architectural Control Committee.  The ACC shall have no less than three or more than seven members.  Any Members of the Association who are not Board members are appointed by the Board.  If a resident submits a project for review by the ACC, the Board Members make the final decision regarding approval.
