The Section 1 annual dues for 2026 are $175.00 per acre.

• Dues paid in full and received by January 31, 2026 are $52.50 per acre, representing a 70% discount.
• Payments paid in full and received after January 31, 2026, but on or before February 28, 2026 are $131.25 per acre, representing a 25% discount.
• Payments received on or after March 1, 2026 are $175.00 per acre.
• Annual fee is due in full by April 30, 2026, unless a payment plan has been requested.  A payment plan of $14.60 per acre per month is possible for special circumstances, when requested in writing.

The transfer fee is $300.00 per lot for property sold to a new owner.

There is a $100 Fee for request of Texas Resale Certificate.
